1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from livespore.ca (“Livespore,” “we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

2. Age Restriction

You must be 19 years of age or older to purchase from Livespore. By placing an order, you confirm you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to request age verification.

3. Products & Health Disclaimer

Our products are natural health supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Statements on this website have not been evaluated by Health Canada or the FDA. Always consult a licensed healthcare practitioner before beginning any supplement regimen, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.

Livespore products are cultivated and extracted on Vancouver Island, British Columbia, by qualified mycologists. Every batch is laboratory-tested for purity and potency.

4. Orders & Payment

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). We accept Interac e-Transfer and credit/debit cards. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

5. Shipping

We ship within Canada only. Free shipping on orders over $50 CAD. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we accept returns only on unopened, sealed items within 14 days of delivery. Contact us at microdose@livespore.ca to initiate a return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and educational materials — is the property of Livespore Inc. and is protected by Canadian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Livespore Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
