Where We Ship
We currently ship within Canada only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping Rates

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Carriers
We ship via Canada Post and UPS. Carrier selection is at our discretion based on your location and package size.
Delivery Times
- British Columbia: 1–3 business days
- Western Canada (AB, SK, MB): 3–5 business days
- Eastern Canada (ON, QC, Atlantic): 5–8 business days
- Territories & Remote: 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, and carrier disruptions may affect delivery.
Tracking
All orders include tracking. You will receive your tracking number by email when your order ships.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on unopened, sealed products only, within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return:
- Email microdose@livespore.ca with your order number
- We will provide a return authorization and shipping address
- Return shipping is at your expense
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item, to the original payment method
We cannot accept returns on opened products due to health and safety regulations.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at microdose@livespore.ca with photos of the damage. We will replace or refund at our discretion.
